Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

In consideration of the health and well- being for all, we have decided to operate from a closed office environment.  Normal business hours will be held, but effective 3/16/2020 all appointments will be held via telephone or by video conference.

*Please see directions below to prepare for a video conference.

We are committed to uninterrupted service to you in addition to maintaining a physically safe and financially secure work environment for our team to operate in.  All members of our team are currently healthy and you can expect service requests to be handled in a timely manner in accordance with our normal business practices.  For your convenience, signature requirements for documents will be handled electronically when possible.  If you have not already done so, we recommend putting an Advisor Authorization for Distributions on file for each account with your banking information so that you will not need to sign a form each time for future requests.

We will communicate regularly through our blog post and mass emails as well as telephone and radio as the situation changes.  We appreciate your trust and confidence in our team as we work together to get on the other side of this pandemic.

*Mason & Associates uses for video conference meetings. Please take a moment to prepare for your virtual meeting by taking the following steps:

  1. Start your computer 30 minutes prior to the meeting to ensure any updates are installed before the meeting begins
  2. Install the application by following this link: Installing the app in advance will give us the most dynamic and productive meeting. The app allows us to do the following:
    1. Web cam functionality
    2. Share advisor screen
    3. Share client screen
  3. Your Mason & Associates planner will call you on your preferred number to initiate the meeting. Although audio can be done through the application, we prefer phone audio to ensure that we have one line of communication that is not impacted by internet or technical difficulties
    1. The planner will provide you with a one-time access code to join the meeting.
  4. Please upload any documents in advance of the meeting using this link: Click Here to Upload Files
    1. If not able to upload the documents in advance, please have the PDF or websites loaded on your computer. If you have the documents on your pc, we can pass you presenter role which will enable the client to share their screen.
  5. If you’re not able to download the application on your PC or Mobile Device- please download and install the Google Chrome web browser. Google Chrome provides for similar functionality as the app. We prefer that you have the app installed, if possible.
