Bobbi Mason
Chief Operating Officer
Bobbi joined Mason & Associates in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer. Bobbi is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company operations. In her role, she is working closely with team members to implement our strategic initiatives that promote greater efficiency and enhance the client experience at Mason & Associates.
Bobbi brings more than 20 years of experience in banking. Her leadership has been focused on developing teams with comprehensive knowledge of company services and solutions, providing excellence in client relationship management, and driving profitable revenue growth. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Maryland and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. She and Michael have resided in Yorktown, Virginia since 1987.
