Kelsey Reisinger

Kelsey joined Mason & Associates in 2022 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. She began her career with us as a Document Management Specialist, where she managed a seamless record- keeping system in addition to providing exceptional client service at every stage of the relationship. Kelsey has taken on a variety of additional roles, including assisting with communication efforts like blogs and email campaigns and plays a leading role in planning and executing client events.  As Lead Client Operations Specialist, Kelsey supports the firm’s operations initiatives by collaborating with management and trusted partners to ensure the operations team is well trained to deliver excellence in each client experience.  She is adept at resolving complex issues and takes a leadership role on special projects and implementation of strategic initiatives for the operations team. 

A graduate of Roanoke College with a Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude, Kelsey is a lifelong Hampton Roads resident and lives in Hampton, Virginia. In addition to be a lifelong local, Kelsey enjoys traveling.
