Aceine Smith

Aceine joined Mason & Associates in 2023 as a Client Service Associate. Her primary area of focus is providing exceptional service and support to our Advisors as well as new and existing clients. Aceine demonstrates determination, attention-to-detail, and a strong work ethic. She is skilled in handling diverse inquiries, resolving complex issues and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and a commitment to exceeding expectations. In her role, Aceine assists in establishing new accounts, transfers of assets, and client service requests.

As a New York native, she began her professional journey in Hampton Roads and has since made it home. In her free time, Aceine enjoys spending quality time with her family. She finds gratification in maintaining a small homestead and providing love for her farm animals.
