Mason & Associates is excited to announce that Thomas F. Blackburn (Tommy), CFP®, CPA, PFS has gained partnership status in our organization. Tommy started his career at Mason & Associates in the summer of 2019 as a Senior Financial Planner. Since joining, Tommy helped with several initiatives such as implementing new financial planning and tax projection software, the transition from Centaurus Financial, Inc., and the launch of the Mason & Associates Registered Investment Advisory firm.
Tommy’s partnership status further solidifies the Mason & Associates succession and business continuity plans and demonstrates our commitment to continue building the infrastructure necessary to serve the needs of our current and future clients. Tommy joins John Mason, CFP® as the second partner of Mason & Associates under the age of 35. Together, they work directly with the founders of Mason & Associates, Michael Mason, CFP®, ChFC, CLU and Kenneth Mason, RICP®, delivering financial planning services to families in Hampton Roads, Virginia and throughout the United States.
